There is no denying the responsibility we have to circulate funding to those in the world who do not have the privileges each one of us do. As a community, we donate to causes which impact marginalized people around the world. Our donations will be directly sent to one of many organizations helping families, children, and people all over the world.

Mama Sana Vibrant Woman: a non-profit collective supporting women in Birth and Postpartum for BIPOC families in Austin, Texas
The Greater Edwards Aquifer Alliance: for the protection and preservation of The Edwards Aquifer Ecosystem of Central Texas, contributing to HillCountry watersheds, its great springs, and its native biodiversity for the benefit of all residents and all future generations
International Rescue Committee: a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to the Palestinian people in Gaza. They send food, medical supplies and other crucial humanitarian aid to displaced families.
Popi Sibiya Digital Creator: An African travel blogger who studies and documents tribes around the world to spread awareness, and bring resources to indigenous tribes. Follow her on instagram @popi_sibiya
Eskailats Wings Outreach Nonprofit: Based in southern california, founder Aris Yadegarian, uses his social media presence, and influence to help houseless people get their basic needs met. Resources are given daily in the form of food, water, sleeping bags, hygiene products, and finding housing for good.

Austin-Bergstrom Airport is approximately 1 hour away from the venue

There will be a telegram chat for all participants to coordinate ride shares to the venue, ultimately everyone is responsible for getting themselves to the venue- the address will be provided in the email after purchasing your ticket.

Arrival: participants can start arriving on Friday, September 20th starting at 8 am. Opening Ceremony will begin at 3 pm.
Departure: Closing Ceremony Monday 11 am. Depart from venue by 4 pm

Late breakfast and dinner served. Lunch will be your responsibility. There will be mini kitchenettes in most of the rooms so brink snacks!

the weather will be warm, bring clothes that keep you cool and layers for air conditioned rooms, a yoga mat, a journal, a vessel for water, and anything else you feel necessary for your comfort and focus. A more detailed list will be emailed to attendees.
